RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

New item(s)

Brides Dress Revisited, we will gladly exchange any new merchandise (excluding pierced earrings or specially ordered item(s)) within 7 days of purchase date. You must present your original receipt, and the merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all tags attached and intact.

Other item(s)

Brides Dress Revisited, are unfortunately, unable to offer a refund or exchange on any previously worn, previously owned or sample item(s).  These item(s) are sold on a ‘sold as seen’ basis and the bride will be required to sign the sales invoice at point of purchase to accept these terms.

Special Orders

Specially ordered item(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. If you feel that that the item you purchased is faulty (excludes alterations services) you must do so within 28 days from the date you received and took the item from the store. If your product is deemed damaged or faulty by a designated Brides Dress Revisited staff member we will offer you a repair, exchange or a refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.

Reserved item(s)

Stock available in the store, with a minimum value of £100 may be reserved upon receipt of a 50% minimum deposit. The minimum deposit will be equal to 50% of the total price of item(s), inclusive of VAT. . In exchange for your 50% deposit, Brides Dress Revisited will place reserve the item(s) listed on your receipt for a period of 14 days from the receipt date. The remaining balance on a reservation must be paid within 14 days of the receipt date and at this point, collection of your item(s) must be arranged.

If you decide not to proceed with the purchase of the item(s) during this period, Brides Dress Revisited will retain your deposit. If you paid more than 50% for your deposit, Brides Dress Revisited will retain 50% of the total value of the item(s) reserved and will refund the remaining amount of the deposit paid.
