Having been through the process of buying a Wedding Dress and not getting that really personal service that I felt I deserved
for my big day I looked around for a company that would give me the level of personal care, attention and values that I
wanted and would make me feel comfortable about leaving one of the most important decisions on my Wedding Day to
them – well we couldn’t find one! So that’s our reason for being that place you thought didn’t exist – it does and we’re here!

Had appointments with Dawn and Lottie and had the most amazing experiences both times. Also met with owner Sarah who helped out with price reduction on the dress due to only buying part of the set (without skirt). Everyone was super friendly and kind, would 100% recommend to other brides! Cannot fault!

I do feel Sarah and her team have cornered a niche in the market here. All the assistants in the shop are very warm and welcoming and knowledgeable about the service they want to give and their product. I would and have recommended the shop to a friend who is getting married in September. The fact that you can walk into the shop and 1 hour later walk out with the dress of your dreams is a dream in itself. Maybe my advanced age in years is advantageous but another reason I like the idea of the shop is I will be wearing a dress that another bride has had the day of their lives and so will I!

Sarah was so helpful, she clearly knows her stock and knew what would suit and what wouldn’t. At no point did I feel rushed or push to make a purchase. I don’t think I have ever made such a big decision so quickly. My dress ticked all the boxes and was an amalgamation of all the ones I had tried on before but weren’t quite right! I can’t wait to come back for my fitting. I just need to stop trying it on now?!

I can’t think of any improvements, my experience at Brides Dress Revisited was fantastic and I’d definitely recommend to friends and family! The welcome, advice and guidance as well as selection of dresses were second to none and was made to feel very relaxed and at ease!
The whole experience here and with Lisa was exceptional. She accommodated our change in appointment time with no problem and gave us her time and expertise with no rush or pressure. We found the most beautiful dress and left having had the most amazing experience. I would thoroughly recommend coming here as it’s definitely the best bridal shop.
After a really difficult experience in another bridal shop left me feeling completely in fight-or-flight, I walked into Bride’s Dress Revisited feeling nervous and unsure. I’ve always dreamed of wearing a wedding dress, but I’ve never been a particularly “girly girl”, so the whole experience felt daunting.
From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. They were so caring and supportive, helping me try different styles and find what suited me, without ever making me feel pressured. When I found my dream dress but it was a size too small, they even spoke to their seamstress to reassure me about alterations and what would be achievable. They genuinely wanted me to feel confident in my decision — even if that meant I didn’t buy the dress from them.
That’s when I knew I’d found not just my dress, but my shop.
From finding the dress to fittings and alterations, nothing was ever too much trouble. They made me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world on my wedding day, and I cannot thank them enough.
Perhaps the biggest compliment I can give is that the girl who never really wears dresses now wants to keep her wedding dress forever.

I honestly can’t recommend Brides Revisited enough! These guys work absolute magic. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone has been so professional, welcoming and incredibly helpful.
Choosing my wedding dress was such a special experience, creating such a wonderful, calm and relaxed environment, made the whole process feel completely stress-free and enjoyable.
I’ve since been working with the amazing seamstress team to create the dress of my dreams and I honestly couldn’t be happier. They listen, they create and most importantly, they make it happen. Every little detail and tweak has been taken on board and I genuinely feel like my dress is becoming something so incredibly special and completely me.
I’m beyond excited to wear it on my big day and cannot thank the team enough for making the whole experience so wonderful.
