Having been through the process of buying a Wedding Dress and not getting that really personal service that I felt I deserved
for my big day I looked around for a company that would give me the level of personal care, attention and values that I
wanted and would make me feel comfortable about leaving one of the most important decisions on my Wedding Day to
them – well we couldn’t find one! So that’s our reason for being that place you thought didn’t exist – it does and we’re here!

Had appointments with Dawn and Lottie and had the most amazing experiences both times. Also met with owner Sarah who helped out with price reduction on the dress due to only buying part of the set (without skirt). Everyone was super friendly and kind, would 100% recommend to other brides! Cannot fault!

I do feel Sarah and her team have cornered a niche in the market here. All the assistants in the shop are very warm and welcoming and knowledgeable about the service they want to give and their product. I would and have recommended the shop to a friend who is getting married in September. The fact that you can walk into the shop and 1 hour later walk out with the dress of your dreams is a dream in itself. Maybe my advanced age in years is advantageous but another reason I like the idea of the shop is I will be wearing a dress that another bride has had the day of their lives and so will I!

Sarah was so helpful, she clearly knows her stock and knew what would suit and what wouldn’t. At no point did I feel rushed or push to make a purchase. I don’t think I have ever made such a big decision so quickly. My dress ticked all the boxes and was an amalgamation of all the ones I had tried on before but weren’t quite right! I can’t wait to come back for my fitting. I just need to stop trying it on now?!

We then discussed my venue and styles of dresses I’d like to try on. Lily was extremely friendly, professional and patient with me. I welcomed her advice. Lottie was also lovely when she passed by the fitting area whilst helping her customer.

Sarah, the manager, was also absolutely lovely. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured, just supported and excited.
They have such a lovely set up and the trying on area was really nicely presented and private.
